Hello Aspirant. A percentile of 82.912459 is a decent percentile and there are chances that you will qualify for JEE Mains. However we cannot assure you exactly because your percentile depends on the no. of students appearing in the April exam also. NTA will declare the overall merit list after the April exam depending on the best of two attempts and no. of students appearing for the exam. But a percentile of 80+ might be good for qualifying Jee mains 2019.
For now you can check your rank from the following formula
Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))
Tot. No. Of students- 9.75 lakhs.

Well , may your rank will come same, but this not your final rank ,as more number of student will appear in April , then number of student may vary ! So just stay calm ,your percentile is good
