You can apply for josaa counselling , you can get medium nit's or your home state nit in many core branches  , also you can get a better seat in csab round also . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and gfti also , which offer admission through josaa and you can also apply for state counselling for applying to other state government colleges which are good.

According to your rank you have good chances of getting Nits in this ranks in lower branches.But you should try in CSAB councelling,you might get better branch there.
