I am sorry to say, but with this rank of 17000 no one can get a seat in IITs. Since, JEE Advance is conducted only for admission in IITs ,one cannot use this rank to get a seat elsewhere. So basically you cannot get a seat in IITs with this rank. As per the previous years cutoff , the maximum closing rank for some branches was near around 11000.

Since, you have cleared JEE Main, try applying to colleges through your JEE Mains score. Hope that you get a good college.
