Well unless you mention the name of the entrance examination you have appeared for, I won't be able to help you properly regarding your query. Since there are many entrance examinations, it is hard to guess which one are you actually talking about. The helpline centers for TS PGECET counselling are as follows:-Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Masab Tank, HyderabadNizam College Basheerbagh, HyderabadAV College of Arts, Science & Commerce Gaganmahal, HyderabadKakatiya University, Warangal It has not been mentioned anywhere that in exactly which center should a candidate visit based on his/her rank so it can be assumed that you can visit any of the above mentioned centers for counselling. If you are a NCC/PH/CAP candidate, you need to go to Nizam College Basheerbagh, Hyderabad. I would suggest you to still contact the helpline number for better assistance.
