Hello Ankur,
With the rank which is mentioned by you ,you will not be able to get into any of the good branch in any of the good NIT. If you don't have the state quota too,then there is no possibility for you to get this admission.You can try for getting an admission into any of the IIITs which are not as good as NITs but are one of the good colleges in India .Or you can try for a good private college like BITS which is equally good as top IITs.Hope you have understood.Thank You
