Yes, you are qualified for JEE ADVANCED.
Since you belong to SC category, you can enjoy 10% relaxation in the minimum criteria for aggregate percentage of intermediate marks.
And as far as the percentile of JEE MAINS is considered, it goes low for the candidates belonging to reserved categories.
