I happy to hear you marks which shows your hard work, no doubt. But with the score of 405, I can not give you false reassurance that you would get medical seat in government medical college.

Since you haven't mentioned the college you want to take in then you must try in some deemed or private university or medical college for your admission through management quota or any counseling. There are even various colleges in Karnataka for medical studies.
