Your sister have a very good score in NEET 2019. She can get a seat in the government colleges for sure. Also she belongs to the OBC category so the chances are more. She should try for a good government college as she can get a seat. She has chances in UP also.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
