Although you thought your sister would have got enough rank but I would like to suggest you that based on your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to ST category I feel sorry to inform you that there is almost no chance for her to get a government college although there is chance that she may get private college.

I am sorry to say but a rank of nearly 7.3 lakhs is pretty too far to fetch someone a govt. medical college.
Even if we leave apart Govt. Medical Colleges and take up the issue of Pvt. Medical Colleges, still then the rank won't be sufficient for any of the Reserved Categories to bag her a seat in the colleges.
Generally, Pvt. Colleges are shut down for ST students nearly at 3 lakhs rank, but a rank of 7.3 lakhs is simply too far buddy.
She can take a drop ahead in order to prepare well for the next year through.
