Sainik School takes the medical tests very seriously. The degree of flatness matters to be eligible for Sainik School. Now as you said, your son has a minor flat foot, such type of problems can be easily overcome by performing certain exercises like walking on toes and calf stretches. All the videos that you can see on YouTube work perfectly fine but at times we make one major mistake of overdoing these exercises and not giving rest to our feet. So, do consult a physiotherapist and everything will be just fine.
