sir my son score of jee mains 2810 sc category . can get Top NIT with civil branch

Hello sir.
The cutoff for top nit is usually within a all India  rank of 20000. Whereas for nit's of eastern states it is however below 40000 . The cut off varies every year and so does the no of students so one cannot be 100% sure about the upcoming.
