Sir! My TS PGECET rank is 1350;Civil stream. Is there any possibility of getting M.Tech seat in Osmania or JNTU-H in civil engg(sub-branchs)

Most of the seats in jntu and ou will filled by gate candidates. so the chances for the candidates raking below 500 are very less. as per your rank chances are almost zero.
