Congratulations on your rank in UPSEE 2019.Based upon your rank it seems that you hav a score of more than 500.You are eligible for counselling and the counselling process may start within a week or two.Let me tell you that with your rank you have chances for the best colleges offering B.Arch courses.You can get a seat in the best government colleges participating in UPSEE 2019.I wuld usggest you to apply for Faculty Of Architecture,Gautam Buddha University,Lucknow.There intake is 40 for the B.Arch course.

Based upon your rank in JEE 2019 you have less chances for NITs and CFITs>you may try out for other government colleges.Taking into consideration the previous year opening and closing ranks you may have chances in Birla Institute of Technology,Mesra which is indeed a good college for prusuing the B.Arch course.
