Hello Nilay,
Sorry to inform you but your rank is not good enough for any AKTU Affiliated government engineering college. Chances are very low. You can only get some less popular branch if you succeed to get admission in any government college.
You have good chance for fee waiver Or FW quota seats in good private college. You can go for these seats.
