The steps that are to be followed are mentioned below 1.Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, click on Correction Phase-II NEET (UG) 2021.
3.Login using credentials.
4.Make necessary correction and verify.
5. Submit form and download a copy.

If you are still not able to do, i suggest you to quickly contact the helpline or support team through mail or by calling.

Hello dear aspirant,

Hope you’re doing well

Last date for NEET 2nd phase form submission has been extended to October 13th 2021. And the correction portal or dates for the 2nd phase as well as the 1st phase is till 13th October. after logging in using your application number and password you have to click on correction link then correction portal will open you can make the changes.
