Neet ug exam till now has conducted offline only because there are huge number of students who apply for neet entrance exam every year and that much computer centres can't be provided to the students. 

Nta can change it in keeping the environment savage. It can be online mode one day. 

But next year it is surely going to be offline.

Hello Jitesh, right now NEET 2019 counselling has just started and it is too early to comment on NEET 2020. NTA is the authority which conducts NEET and unless there is any official announcement regarding this, we cannot speculate anything about it. For now NEET has been offline only. Nta.ac.in is the official website which announces any important notifications. You can check this from time to time.
