A candidate has to submit only one application form. If he/she submits more than one application form the his/her admit card will be cancelled or withheld and they aren't allowed to appear for the exam. There isn't any facility to cancel or withdraw the application once submitted so you cannot cancel the application. Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you need not to worry you may work on or consider one form and can leave the other one as per the requirements. The form once filled can not be deleted because payment has been made regarding same.
