I filled two forms for neet 2021 counseling with diff phn. no. and email coz i made a mistake in the first form,can i get a refund of that form after it gets rejected?

No my dear you won't be getting any refund in that case because as you've filled both the forms via same process and both will be considered as fresh application forms only. Yeah after not getting proper detailing and further processing your form will be automatically rejected but you won't be getting any refund in any case.
