Hello Vasanthi

No, a 3rd Year student can't write GATE exam now. Earlier it was possible, Earlier as in 10 years ago. Now you have to upload your eligibility certificate i.e either Course completion or 7th Semester Grade sheet and being a 3rd year student you can't have a 7th Sem Grade sheet.
