It is never too early for any preparation and if you have decided that you will give NEET in future then it is good. First, your focus now should be to do well in your 10th exam and at the same time, you can start preparing bit by bit from now. If you wish then you can also join a coaching institute as most of them have a 4-year program for NEET.
