First of all I congratulate you for scoring such a descent and impressive rank in the reputed JEE Exam. Yes, definitely you can get a good Government seat since, you have got a good Rank in your category, so you have multiple other options too which includes GFTIs, NITs, and IIITs.

I would rather advice you to go through the previous years cut-offs of your State NIT also, as you might get a few options over your Home State Quota.
