There is either online counselling or offline counselling at the both time Domicile, Fitness Certificate are Mandatory. Domicile certificate helps you to get quota during the counselling. Some times some colleges does not ask for Fitness Certificate but gives a deadline for the submission of Fitness certificate but the Domicile certificate is mandatory in the case when you take admission in the another state instead of Home state.
