it is normal to ask for certificate in hindi or english, when you o for studies in another state you cannot have them know gujrati language. you can ask the authority of your state who have issued your certificate to give a hindi versioned or english versioned translated certificate. try for this as soon as possible. unless you may face this type of problems in future.
