The process would be tedious and it may not be allowed as well. only certain changes can be made during counselling sessions.

But you can give it a try by changing your caste certificate in Josaa counselling rounds under the option caste conversion and then can upload the correct SC certificate. But you will only be eligible for counselling then in the next round.

There are also chances that you may not be allowed to upload the correct caste certificate,in that case you will not be given a leniency in the cutoffs i.e., you will get colleges as a general aspirant.
