With 122 marks and ST category in NEET exam if you are fortunate enough you might get lower ranked medical government colleges in Assam for admission to undergraduate courses in MBBS/BDS through state quota(85%). You can also opt for various private medical colleges.
For state quota, you need to fill online form of state medical counselling and follow the procedure to fetch your seat.

As you have mentuomen that you have scored 122 marks in NEET 2019. This score is quite low for you to fetch a seat in government medical college in Assam. As per last year cutoff you do not seem to have any chance to get admission in any of the colleges. You can go for some private colleges or deemed Universities.
