For the procedure you have to visit the college else try to contact on phone regarding the management quota. Every college follows their own procedure, it's not fixed. The only thing is that you have to pay hefty amount of money for a seat.

Since your state domicile is of kerala,so you are only eligible for 85 % quota in thAt state.
But if you want a seat in other state whether government or on management quota you need to apply for all india counseling whi h is conducted by mci for rest 15 % seats
