yes ap eamcet does consider IPE marks and give weightage to the IPE marks (both first year and second year combined).

the total marks secured in relevant group subjects(as you are from bipc your group releveant subjects marks) would be considered and 25% weightage is given to them.

and your marks in eamcet exam out of 160, 75% weightage is given.

now normalised marks would be 75% of eamcet marks + 25% of group ipe marks for both years and then based on this ranking would be given.
