No you cannot make any changes in JOSAA application form because it automatically fetches all your data itself from your JEE-Main or JEE-Advance registration number. There you will have only option to enter your qualification details if you had not entered earlier but in case if you already have entered the details then you can't edit them.

And see if your exact name is Karan Patil as per official records including your government ID card then there will not be any problem because some authorities use to write the name in reverse order. So don't worry for this issue.
