Hello Dear Student,

If you have submitted the documents to the College allotted in Round 1 and you have filed the willingness for "Upgradation" by taking consent of nodal officer present in the college then you can take back your Seat, Upgradation is the option in which students can participate in the further round Counselling for better options but if they are not satisfied with further Round 2 results then they can go with their previous Round College.
