To get admission into MBBS courses across india there are only 3 options available.
One is to appear in NEET UG and qualify it and get admission in any govt, or private college across india.
Next is AIIMS MBBS Exam. Appear for AIIMS entrance and get admission in AIIMS.
Third is to appear in JIPMER UG exam and get admission into JIPMER.

At present, form are only available for JIPMER for 2019 session. The applications for NEET and AIIMS are already over so if you haven't filled these, then you need to wait for next year to appear in these two examinations.
SO basically, to study MBBS it is necessary for one to appear in NEET and qualify with good marks as the competition also is very high.
