For spot counseling round the candidates firstly have to register for the same after paying a counseling fee which is done via online medium and is the same for almost all entrance examinations. Now if a candidate is not allotted a seat in the several rounds of counseling then only the candidate is eligible for spot counseling. In this round, the candidate has to directly reach the college at dates mentioned by the authorities with their proper and authentic documents that are supposed to be attested. Post this they are allotted a seat in the institution provided the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria and the institute has seats available for that particular course.
