For getting a seat in IITs , you need to qualify JEE Advanced. On securing cutoff for a particular IIT in her Advanced, you can get a seat there after counselling . And before giving her Advanced, you need to qualify JEE mains. So you have to qualify both the exams JEE mains and JEE Advanced and acquire cutoff for an IIT . Only then you will be eligible for a seat in IIT.
