As there is a spelling mistake in your name you have to send a xerox copy of your admit card, xerox copy of SSC passing certificate and attested application form to 'GUJARAT CELL', Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, Pincode: 382010.

It depends on the admission authorities conducting the examination. As far as I know, they must have a rectification mechanism or portal or something like that.
