You don't have to do nothing you just need to wait, but only case if you have hope that their isn't much differnece between the first round cutoff and your rank. If their is too much difference then you better change your college preference or branch preference. And all this is totally up to you and you need to think wisely and calmly and be calculative about your ranking and the cutoff of colleges and you have to make an idea upto which rank the cutoffs can drop.
