200 marks in UPSEE will give you a rank around 35k-50k and sorry to say, but with this rank you won't be able to get a government college in General category as the cut offs for the govt colleges are really high.

You can look for some good private colleges that come under UPSEE and there is quite possibility that you will get admission in a good private college.
