Dear Basha, there is a limit of upto 40% disability that can be considered under PWD Category. Above 40%, the reservation  doesnt apply. For being eligible for NEET, Candidates with PWD Category need to complete 10+2 and score an aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And for being eligible in NEET, a PWD Candidate should score 45 percentile of top NEET score. 

Dear student, a candidate with vision impairment has got reservation as a PWD candidate in NEET UG 2019 after the orders issued by Supreme Court regarding the same according to the guidelines of World Health Organisation. You can get the detailed criteria for reservation at:
