BC category (Backward caste)  comes under the OBC (Other backward category). OBC is the collective term used by the Government of India  to classify caste which are educationally or socially disadvantaged. So, you must fill the OBC category in NEET form and do not forget to issue a category/caste certificate by the competent authorities to avail the benfits of reserved categories.
