If you fall under educationally backward class category then you will have to choose Other Backward Class (OBC) category because is is collective term used by the Government of India to classify castes which are educationally or socially disadvantaged.So, all those because who are educationally backward fall into OBC category.

You will have to select EWS as your Category if you have EWS Certificate. EWS reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and whose family annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum from all sources. Though you belong to General Category,a s you have EWS reservation, you have to select EWS as your Category.
