You must request for the passing certificate to CBSE if you have lost it. Contact your school administration, they will help you. In the meantime, if you got selected for admission in MBBS in some college you can give them application requesting for some time till you get your certificate from the CBSE.

You could also ask for some written document from your school as a substitute for the certificate till you get your new one. The college will accept that written substitute along with your application for requesting some time. You will be allowed the admission on the basis of your marksheet and then you can submit the certificate once you've got it.
