The CUET application form requires you to enter your name exactly as it appears on your class 10 marksheet. Therefore, you should fill in your name according to the marksheet, without worrying about the name mismatch in your Aadhaar card. Just make sure that your photograph in the identity proof (Aadhaar) is clear and easily recognizable. You are completely fine in this situation, and if needed you can later update your name in the Aadhaar card to match your marksheet
