State quota students if ranked high enough take seats under the general quota for all courses of study at any Amrita campus.
If however the general quota is over,the students having state quota Will be allotted seats under the state quota meant for the students hailing from the state where the college is situated.
On an average,you have about 50% of seats reserved for each course in each campus for state quota.
