Hi Shabana if you are from general category then you should have at least scored 420 marks to get admission into do government colleges according to the 2018 cutoff. It is expected that the cutoffs will rise this year because students are performed better in this year exams and hence this list score would rise in such circumstances. To be on safer side unit to at least score 480 to 500 marks
