There is no merit list realised yet to predict your rank, so it's difficult to say your rank in REAP.

they have 5 categories to consider joining of a candidate:-

• candidate from rajasthan applying using JEE MAIN
  

• candidate from rajasthan applying using +2 marks
  
• candidate  not from rajasthan applying using JEE MAIN
• candidate not  from rajasthan applying using +2 marks
  

• SAARC country candidates
  

AS your jee main rank is above so if you have a domicile reservation for admission the you can get an admission.

For accurate details wait and check the official site RTU for regular updates also.

For any government college also you have to look in your domicile only. you may get an admission.
