Hey, i would suggest you to mail the concerned body , who is the controller of examination in this case, stating your problem and humbly request for a solution and am sure that they will sort it out, i shall provide you with the email id

Just logout and refresh the page and then try again. Whatever device you are using,just try to delete caches and cookies and then try again.
