Hi Tinka,I think it would be better to abroad after btech CSE because this would provide you more and proper exosure to your studies as you would have better understanding regarding all the computer subject.You will be comfortable to grasp the things quickly after you do your btech from INDIA.This is what most of my friends have told me.Rest of is yours choice.
