It should not happened while it comes to IIT Madras still I am sorry to hear that you have not received any mail while filling out the application form for MTech in IIT Madras. There may be some possibilities like the application portal has some bugs for technical problems going on right now or you have received the mail from their side in the spam section of the Gmail. If you don't get the solution then you can use a different email id or can try with the same after sometimes.
