Sir With neet score of 250-260 can I get admission in Gov.college?

No, you cannot get an admission in any government medical college at this score. 

Your NEET Result would show that “You are qualified in NEET-2019”. But Qualifying in NEET wouldn’t fetch you a medical seat. You won’t even be eligible for 15% AIQ counselling process. 

Since, you haven’t mentioned your category, let me assume you as a General Category candidate. The candidates with general category need minimum 360 marks ie 50% percentile to qualify for 15% AIQ counselling. Even if you are of any other category like SC/ST/OBC, you need to have at least 288 marks to be eligible for counselling.

So, sorry to let you know that with these marks you won’t get into any Private Medical College through counselling process. But yeah, a Solution is there if your parents are ready to spend a big amount of money. Because, some private medical colleges (self financed) do take students who have qualified in NEET but as I said, it would require a good amount of cash.
