As per JIPMER guidelines, the last date to fill the form was 12th april.
In case your payment is failed and you didn't receive the final confirmation of the application form being filled, you cannot fill the form now.
Dont get disheartened, you can get admission into various other esteem institution of India via NEET.
As NEET is approaching, you should concentrate on it as of now. Dont let other things bother you.
What's gone is gone now, you can do very well if you prepare well for NEET.
