If by any chance you have filled wrong category in your NEET Application form, you can change it once the correction window for NEET opens. But, there are a few details which you can't change in the form such as your registered email id, phone number and nationality.

You will be notified about the opening of correction window on your registered email id or registered mobile number. Make sure to change your details before the correction window closes, because after that you can't change your details such as category during counseling period.
