hi,

see if there is no adhar card option then you need to upload any other id proof mention in the information brochure. like if you want to apply for ICSSR Scholarship for Indian Nationals, you need to upload either of your voter card/ration card/ pass port scanned copy with the application form. you may follow the below link to know in details,

Last year there was an option for pan card, but this year.. that option was also ommitted.. y so
